Since last year, JVSakk has officially entered the Singapore market and commenced related business operations. Recently, our company has discovered that certain illegal parties have been impersonating JVSakk to charge fees for stock recommendations, process memberships, and maliciously damage our reputation. This includes falsely using the identity of Professor Robert Law Chee Weng (罗志荣) or our staff to make private contact, set up unofficial communication groups, and spread false information. These actions have seriously disrupted the normal operations of our Singapore branch and caused adverse impact on the public.

We hereby make the following solemn declaration:

1. JVSakk has not authorised any third party to privately conduct investment promotions, collect stock recommendation fees, or offer VIP membership services in the name of JVSakk.

2. Any information that has not been officially confirmed or released through formal channels is unrelated to JVSakk and carries a clear risk of fraud.

3. JVSakk shall not be responsible for any consequences or losses arising from the unauthorised use of our name.

Important Notice on Identity Verification

To effectively prevent impersonation, video identity verification by Professor Robert Law Chee Weng himself is currently one of our primary and only authoritative methods of identity confirmation.

For any matters involving JVSakk business, courses, cooperation, or communications, the public has the right—and is strongly advised—to request video verification with Professor Robert Law Chee Weng appearing on camera.

Any refusal, evasion, or inability to provide real-time or recorded video confirmation of the professor’s identity should be regarded as highly suspicious, and contact should be terminated immediately.

We hereby remind the public:

1. Text messages, voice messages, screenshots, ID images, or third-party statements cannot be considered valid proof of identity.

2. Professor identity verification videos must be conducted through officially recognised procedures or verified channels.

3. Any claim of being unable to conduct video verification due to “internal reasons”, “temporary inconvenience”, or “text-only communication” does not represent the position of JVSakk.

To protect your interests, please be sure to:

1. Stay vigilant and do not trust private contacts claiming to be “JVSakk professors” or “official staff”.

2. Proactively request and complete video identity verification with Professor Robert Law Chee Weng before engaging in any JVSakk-related matters.

3. Do not provide any personal information, account details, or funds to individuals or groups that have not completed identity verification.

If you encounter suspected impersonation of JVSakk or have doubts about someone’s identity:

1. Stop all communication immediately to avoid further risk.

2. Report the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities or local law enforcement agencies.
